What to expect with MONO PDO Threading?

After a skin consultation, numbing cream is applied which takes 15 minutes for full effect. Fine needles containing threads are inserted into the skin. The fine needles are then removed leaving the fine thread underneath the skin. The mono threads stimulate an increase in collagen production which takes approximately 8-12 weeks to occur.

What are polynucleotides (PN)?

Polynucleotides are DNA fragments derived from wild salmon. They are highly biocompatible with human skin and help stimulate cell renewal, repair damaged skin, and restore skin structure.

How does Rejuran® work?

When injected into the dermis, PN helps create optimal conditions for natural tissue restoration, boosting collagen production and skin hydration, and improving elasticity.

What areas can be treated?

Rejuran® is commonly used on the face, including around the eyes, forehead, cheeks, and mouth. It may also be used on the neck and décolletage.

How many Rejuran® treatments will I need?

An initial course typically includes 3 treatments spaced 2–4 weeks apart, with maintenance treatments every 6–12 months.

Is the Rejuran® treatment painful?

Most patients experience minimal discomfort, often described as mild pinching or stinging. A topical anaesthetic can be applied before treatment.
