Change of Mind Returns

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection, or unwanted gifts. Please choose carefully and read product descriptions before purchasing.

Returns for Faulty or Damaged Items

If you believe an item you received is faulty or damaged:

  1. Contact us via the contact page on our website within 7 days of receiving your order

  2. Include your order number, photos, and a description of the issue

  3. Once assessed and approved, we may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • We may request the item to be returned.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Skincare, beauty, and wellness products

  • Any opened or used goods

Unless faulty, these items are non-returnable under any circumstance.

Timeframe for Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
